The Tipperary Kitchen

We are The Tipperary Kitchen: Makers of Luscious Holycross Chocolate Biscuit Cake and Specialty Bakers of Marvellous Meringues. We also produce a range of dessert sauces including Chocolate Fudge and our award winning Butterscotch sauce.

Our business started in 2006 from our base in Holycross, Thurles and that’s still where you’ll find us today. We support our local economy wherever possible and have developed professional relationships with other Tipperary food producers and farmers.

We believe both our business and our county have so much to offer and we’re committed to spreading the Tipperary love around Ireland.

Our Marvellous Meringues are hand-piped by our pastry chefs and slow baked to retain the perfect crunch and sweetness.

Our Luscious Holycross Chocolate Biscuit cake is made in small batches with local Tipperary Co-op Butter and the finest Belgian chocolate. As well as our sauces that are made using fresh Thurles cream.
