Inch House

Inch House is a hotel and restaurant owned and run by the Egan family since 1985. Our Inch House Traditional Black Pudding is hand crafted in our kitchens and is made by Nora Egan from a family recipe handed down from Mother to Daughter.



Irish Piedmontese Beef

We are two family farmers based in Tipperary and Laois breeding purebred Piedmontese animals. In 2005 we imported breeding stock directly from Italy to develop an Irish Piedmontese herd with a view to bringing this healthy beef to Irish Consumers.

The launch of Una O’Dwyer’s new brand, aptly named The Butcher’s Daughter, takes place this October. Formerly marketed under the well known family brand Cashel Fine Foods, Una wanted to create a retail product that told her brand story and to bring her celebrated ranges to a national market.
