Crossogue Preserves

Founded in 1995 by Veronica Molloy, having initially supplied local stores and the country market, the demand grew considerably higher when large commercial stores started taking an interest in Veronica’s home-made produce. Crossogue Preserves still operate from the family home at Ballycahill, Thurles, Tipperary, producing over 90 different varieties of high quality, natural, full flavoured preserves. The mission is simple – to produce only superior, additive free gourmet foods.  This philosophy is conveyed right down to the details of the labels used, which are still put on by hand.

 

Over 90 handmade, full flavoured fruity jams, marmalades, jellies, coulis, curds, chutneys and relishes of which a number have won Awards including the Great Taste Awards, Blas na hEireann Award, Bridgestone Award and most recently a Triple Gold Star Award for our Damson and Port Jelly. The company is well established and traditional family recipes are used without artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.  Crossogue Preserves are found in most leading specialist gourmet food stores and delicatessens, which has attributed to the flourishing success of the company.
